Graveyard Dirt
Gathered in the Traditional
Old South Hoodoo Method

We gather this graveyard dirt with respect, from the final resting place of a Mason and his wife, who was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. The dead were paid for their dirt with silver dimes, prayers, and a bit of "housekeeping" (cleaning up their plot and the cemetery).

All traditional rituals were followed in the gathering of this graveyard dirt.

Graveyard dirt may be used in spells of protection, to lay tricks on an enemy, as an important ingredient in certain binding love spells (this may be especially appropriate, being from husband and wife), to provide a link to the spirit world, or as a component in such traditional formulas as Goofer's Dust.
