Books can be cumbersome, slow to reference, and (most of all) Expensive. Then there's the question of "which shelf is it on?", "Did I file Cunningham with Herbs or Bunch his stuff alphabetically?", and on and on.
THEN there's the fact that it's never accessible when you really need it!
Well, we are compiling, compressing, and converting the old-school texts on the web into PDF format, and making sure that they're Free to you. We know you aren't always at your PC, or even on the Web. Sometimes you need it in the Palm of your hand.
We discovered the joys of having Ancient Texts at our fingertips. PDF's ripped into "Acrobat for Palm" were such a Gods-Send! The beauty of PDF's is that, these days, most people can afford & maintain a Palm-Type PDA. The problem was that there were so few actual titles available to the Metaphysical Reader.
We aim to remedy that!
We don't take credit where it isn't due, though. If you see sacredtext.com, or other web-listings prominent in a text, it's just us giving Credit to those responsible for our original access to the material. If they hadn't done it, it would take us MUCH longer to get them to you!
