Psycho-Kinesis/Tele-Kinesis #1

This article, as well, will be in multiple parts, as one of the techniques employs Probability Modification.
Now, this, I'm sure, is what you've been waiting for. The techniques you will have needed to master, before trying, are "Fill The Room" (Sensory expansion through auric field sympathy), The Sight, Auric Field Control, & The Concentration Exercises #4 or #4.1. You'll be combining these, to sense, direct, attune, & connect with the object.
Now, use of Psycho-Kinesis (P.K.) isn't simply limited to lugging heavy things about. In fact, if you start with objects that you know you can't lift, you'll be right, and it will fail. You're already sure it will. Don't ever set yourself up for failure.

Oh yes...
It isn't just just large objects (things we can see), but cells, molecules, and even atoms. Each has it's use and outcome. Healing, temperature control, even electrical discharges fall under the auspices of this ability. If you want fireballs & lightning bolts, this is where you start.
The real trick is figuring where your predisposition lays. Until you try, you could start-out in the direction with the least results. I'll give suggestions as to options, but let's focus on macro-P.K., and go from there.
We all have different models in our heads as to how the world moves, as to what mater is, and even how big we are or strong we are in it. We need to go through and find the method that works best with you Models. Fight these Models and you're only fighting yourself. Find the right method, with the best mental leverage, and you can move worlds!**
Over the next few installments, I'll be bringing you a Device & Technique per page. These are ways in which I & Others have had successes in moving objects. At the end of these techniques, I'll also be bringing you suggestions for breaking a few difficult pieces of mental conditioning. This won't be easy, and you may not turn into "Carrie" overnight, but this is where I started, and my results were startling!
Let's Begin:
Device- A Mobile: Those hanging things, on strings that move with wind currents? Start with one made of light-weight materials. Make it something small, as the next step, after the Techniques, gets harder for most.
Hang the mobile at what will be eye-level, when seated.
Close windows, switch off fans & heaters, and anything else that moves air in the room. (No Cheating!)
Once you've given the room a chance to rest, be seated in front of the mobile. Make sure it's at a distance where your breathing isn't playing with it, but also make sure it doesn't feel "Out of Reach". This can hurt your works, a Lot!
We don't want to go chipping away at our faith in our self, now, do we?
TECHNIQUE #1: "Push-At" P.K. technique
Charge your Aura with a Brief Chakra-Charging Meditation Exercise. (It needn't be too involved: Just make sure you can do a cursory opening, to get them flowing)
Relax. Bring yourself into a concentrative (Alpha) state.
Get in touch with your temporal lobes.
Begin reaching out, ala "Fill The Room", but just around the object. Focus on it alone. Surround it with your mind. It's sort of a "Zen Thing". "Know" that all that exists is You & The Target. Edit everything else out. (It get's easier with practice).
Use The Sight to see that you are surrounding it.
Now, as we started with Auric Field Control, send energy at the object, as you did with the candle.
(NOTE: Here is good place to consider the construction of the mobile: If you've chosen one of tissue-paper, and your predisposition is "Pyro (Molecular) kinesis", you may need a fire extinguisher before you actually get it to move).
If results aren't forth-coming, never fear: I have a few more exercises, to help you through, but let's focus on them, one at a time.
I'm parting these out so you have time to work with each. Don't rush ahead.
