"Steal This Book of Shadows"

"Pyro-Kinesis: Molecular agitation, causing friction & heat, using the power of the mind." Sounds sterile, and asks more questions that it answers, doesn't it? Even if you had the answers, it would still be daunting, wouldn't it? Well, let's get some perspective, shall we? Ever wonder how a micro-wave works? Take a radio transmitter, and tune it up to the frequency that is identical to the natural frequency of a water molecule. It's like Wine-Glasses & middle-C. As the wave passes over the H-2-O, it causes it to polarize and cross-polarize, producing friction against the other molecules surrounding it. This friction causes heat. Now, take a look at the back of your microwave. It probably says something along the lines of "Out-Put: 550 watts 2450 hz". WOW! Imagine having to produce 550 watts from just your brain!? You don't have to. Those figures are used to make ALL the water in a frozen steak heat-up at the same time. We're just going to focus on a much smaller scale. Now, what we need to focus on it a Target.... Device #2: Pyro-K Thermometer. You may say, "What the hell: all I need is a thermometer", right? Maybe, if you already know that what you're good at vibrating is the materials in glass & mercury thermometers. It's even better that you know that your abilities are so masterful as to be able to heat it so visibly. No: our device is this... Again... Device #2: Pyro-K
Thermometer. A shot-glass, or test-tube is best, as we don't need much water. The Device works as such: The thermometer rests in the water. We need a device that measures at .1 degree, or less, increments. We want as much accuracy as possible (If you can find one that makes a sound for "Increase & Decrease" in temperature, all the better). The glass, water, and probe become the first target. If your results are inconclusive, try adding materials to the water. Every type of material added gives better likelihood of being at the right frequency of your emissions. (Make sure they are chemically neutral, and do not react with water!! Pure sodium is explosive, and MUST be avoided, for this experiment!!! There are others, as well, So stick with non-volatile materials). Give each material time to settle, as even the most inert materials can produce temperature changes when first added to water.
Shall we begin with our next approach? Technique #2: "Pick At It" (As with last time,...) "Charge your Aura with a Brief Chakra-Charging Meditation Exercise. (It needn't be too involved: Just make sure you can do a cursory opening, to get them flowing) Relax. Bring yourself into a concentrative (Alpha) state. Get in touch with your temporal lobes. Begin reaching out, ala "Fill The Room", but just around the object. Focus on it alone. Surround it with your mind. It's sort of a "Zen Thing". "Know" that all that exists is You & The Target. Edit everything else out. (It get's easier with practice). Use The Sight to see that you are surrounding it." Now, instead of trying to move the whole thing, or vibrate the whole target, we know that if we reduce the mass, the energy we emit has more effectiveness. Ever use a magnifying glass? If we're trying to heat an object, all we really have to worry about is getting a small amount of it to move. The water will act as a thermal conductor, and spread the effect out, and any effect upon the target (From you or other sources) will read on a sensitive thermometer. Be careful of your surroundings, again. Narrow your focus. Pick a single cubic centimeter (About the size of a single aspirin tablet), and focus on that. In your minds eye, as you reach into the target, visualize the mater it's made up of. Feel it as part of you. You and that insignificantly tiny part are one thing. Every piece of it is a part of you. "Zen-Time": Know that as you change, it changes. Know that by effecting your internal image, that miniscule amount of the target changes also. You and that single, simple cubic centimeter are the same, are one. Make that image you hold within you begin to vibrate, warming as it does. See a glow coming from it's structure (A bit of chemistry knowledge comes in real handy, here, I tell ya'!). Still not responding? Go deeper. Pick out one molecule. In the case of Water, it looks like a ball (Oxygen), wearing a figure-eight of two smaller balls (Hydrogen: about 1/3rd it's size), like Mickey-Mouse Ears. "Be" just this one atom, or perhaps more. Feel the atom(s) begin to move back & forth, turning around and around, faster and faster, building up to blinding speed, Insanely high speed! If you're using more than one, make sure they aren't moving as one, but in different directions, as they must develop friction against each other. The hardest part of this
experiment is that it's hard to focus on the target AND the thermometer, at the
same time. Having a friend in the room
can be too much of a distraction, for most.
By The Way: Good Work!!!
