PK-Keep it Scientific!

We all want those great results, but we have to admit that we may be fooling ourselves. What we need to do is keep our findings/results/experiments in accord with good research techniques. Nothing is worse than uncertainty. If there's even the slightest doubt, you'll have a hard time convincing anyone else.
Practice in all conditions. Start easy & work your way up. Get the basic exercises down, first, until they're second nature. One builds a good engine from good parts. If one part is broken, the engine doesn't start. Practice the Parts as well as the Whole. If you are uncertain as to if you're performing an exercise correctly, then you probably aren't. When you do, you feel it! Do the exercises! I only put in what I knew you needed to learn. There are no "Unnecessary Exercises"! Keep "Working-Out" those basic skills.
That doesn't just go for PK, but for the whole lot of the skills we have-been & will-be working on.
You won't get the body of a weightlifter by looking at the picture on the box!
Next, we'll look at some mind-tricks, to "Up" our results.
Now, let's make sure we aren't tricking ourselves:
Are you
sure you aren't breathing on your mobile?
There was an "Amazing Psycho-Kinetic", raved about by many!
He was incredible, moving a balancing pencil around in it's stand, with just his
mind!
...until they put it in a glass case! At that point, he could no longer orchestrate his breathing to move the pencil, while he waved his hands to keep time, 'guiding' it. He appeared mystified by the sudden loss of control, until a lift was placed beneath the edge of the case, so he could once again manipulate the pencil with 'nostril breathing'. If he can do it deliberately, we can do it on accident!
Put your mobile in a jar or bottle. Suspend it from the lid or cap, so that it can still move freely. Try your same techniques. Did they stop or change?
Remember: The is as much a mental construct as it is a physical one. We (myself included) need to remember that the vibration-rate of the jar is not the same as the vibration rate of the energies we're manipulating. To the energies we're moving, it is as transparent as the light passing through it. disregard the jar or bottle. The only reason it can stop you is because you've decided it can.
Keep your
target out of direct sunlight. Nothing invalidates Pyro-K like the sun shining
on your target.
These may seem like no-brainers, but
some folks are so hungry for results that they can convince themselves of
anything!
Some Ways to Improve your Results
There are times you may become discouraged. I may have broached this topic too soon. You may not be ready to do this. Too late to worry about it. Let's just forge ahead, shall we?
You're probably encountering no small level of self-doubt. You may have spent many years being told it wasn't possible. You may have simply convinced yourself of negative aspects concerning everything from worthiness, through your very constructs & models of what reality is, to whether or not it's moral, that can stand in your way. We need to break some of those barriers.
My favorite example of "Mental Barrier Deconstruction" came from "The Psi-Researcher's Handbook", from the mid 70's. It went into the PK results from the Soviet Union. It told how the results went up dramatically when they employed this little "Nugget". It worked for me, when I targeted on some thin rigid plastic, and forced it to move & change shape. Though I lack my copy, due to a spot of bad luck, I remember the application that did me the most good,
Look at
your target.
Relax.
Convince yourself that you have always be a Telekinetic, but
you've just been holding it back. For all the years of your life, there it was,
and you've fought to keep it in check. How many years have you fought to hold it
back? It's exhausting, keeping it in. You're so tired of holding it back, and it
will be okay, if you, just this once,..
Let it loose, at the target.
Another technique that gave great results was "Drawing from Crown". They do it in Reiki all the time (though they may not call it that). The crown chakra is opened, down to the heart-chakra, and then down through the nadas of the arms, and out through the hands. The effect, when done right, can be quite exhilarating! This is also a technique of energy-moving you'll need to learn if levitation & flight are going to be in your future.
If you have been opened as a Reiki, already, it's a double-edged sword. The energy is great, but if it's your first exposure to manipulating life-energies, it makes it hard to alchemize "Healing" energy into something else. It also opens a direct channel through the above-mentioned points, and disregards/stops energy to the lower two chakras. You'll need to overcome this, or learn to work around it, before you can learn to use that energy for other purposes. Worse yet, it can blind you to other manifestations of said energies. The one form overshadows the others.
That being said, open Crown Chakra first. Like water spiraling down a drain, the energy "On High" is pouring down into you. Open "Third Eye", "Throat", "Heart", and then direct it down into your hands. Feel it build there, under pressure.
Now, if you choose, point your index finger like the Finger of Destiny!! Point at your target, through the glass, and focus on the target.
Add these techniques to the ones you've been working with, and see if these work for you like they've worked for me!
