- "Walk The Walk, Dance The Dance"

Dance: Many will look at this technique, and say “How Primitive”, and be shocked that I include it. Others will say “About Damned Time”. ‘Primitive’ validates its’ usefulness, as any who have used it will attest. This technique is mostly used for building energy. The emotional charge & freedom one experiences in Fire-Circle dancing is not only a liberating expression (emotionally, and therefore metaphysically), but it also triggers ancestry, or race-memory, adding even more veracity to the experience.
Belly dancing takes on a tai-chi-like aspect of harvesting energy. Its’ overtly sexual undulations are, as well, a great trigger for the emotional responses of others, adding more energy to the pot. But both of these are nothing, when compared to the greatest asset of all in Dance Usage is spellcasting.
Ecstatic Frenzy: Not only in dance, but in sex-magic as well, the prolonged physical activity, with a singular driving goal reaches a crescendo! There suddenly washes over the mind an altered state of clarity, as strong a catharsis, as exhaustion leads to an endorphin rush, and a subsequent Super-Clarity of purpose. Doubt is washed away. Reservations & insecurity re forgotten concepts, and all that remains is Certainty of Purpose. It generates emotions, directs them through “Enactment Posturing”, and bolsters faith, as the only thing present in your mind is the goal and how certain your achievement of that goal is, in a few simple steps.
Trying to put the experience into words is well-nigh impossible. This is one of those moments where instruction and wisdom diverge. The only way to know of which I speak is to do it.
The next aspect I wish to address is…
Body Polarity: When we work with this model of bio-magnetic field theory we recognize that every extremity has a polarity. By joining opposing polarities we extend the field range, and by moving them apart, we increase the difference in potential. When we talk polarities, we aren’t speaking of a “Magnetic-North” & “Magnetic South” sort of polarity set. We are, in stead, examining the inherent energy differential between any two points along the body. These energy differences are more pronounced between extremities, and therefore, so they are incorporated somatically. Head-vs-feet, left-vs-right, thumb-vs-‘Pinky finger’… the differing energy levels are capitalized upon. One feels the associations & power potential, and incorporates these into the gestures of spell casting.
When these are attuned, sympathetically, to another, for spell casting purposes, we call it…
Enactment Postures: This is where we attune, and then “PRE-Enact” the events we want to have happen, as we see them enfolding. It’s empowered pantomime, with a purpose. Much in the way as inscribing runes into reality, this creates echoes in reality. Under the concept that history repeats it’s self, the act ‘preenactment’ creates that even that is repeated. In certain, more powerful casters, this effect can be instantaneous, as Crowley demonstrated before the media. He imitated an innocent bystander, walking past, attuning to every movement & mannerism in the man’s gait. After he was certain he had achieved guestalt with the man, mentally and physically, Crowley stumbled. So did the man. The difference was that Crowley knew to catch himself. The other man sprawled on to his face.
Also, there are the potential energy differences inherent from one astral-level to the next. Not only does each level respond differently to the expression of energy, but by activating & oscillating between ‘manifestation levels’ (See pages on Astral Bestiary), of Ground-Zero through Gamma, the potential energy that can be harvested as it builds capacitance from between the differing levels can be impressive.

Grabbing the Universe!
This is my favorite Gesture Set! It requires being able to function on multiple levels, simultaneously AND in concert. Given that there are The Four Core vibration rates (in most Auric vibration models), and then three delineations between those levels, there are several energy-directing mindsets that need to run, all at once, or in sequence. ~Whew, that was a long sentence to get out!~ That isn’t including actual “Model Manipulation” in the respective Auric Levels, themselves.
This method of spell casting requires locking-in on the Four levels, simultaneously (That includes the physical). We’ve discussed “Seeing the Aura”, but what this requires is “Seeing THROUGH The Aura”. Each level of the aura has it’s own vibration rates, and perceives on those rates. Each rate manifests on a differing level of what we call “The Astral Plane”, and is by changing our perceptions through the aura that we change “Objective & Subjective layers of the Astral” (“Reference Point perspective” changes everything!). The effect is like astral projecting, while still standing, and perceiving each level, at the same time.
Now, this is one of the reasons why I stress Temporal Lobe Sensitivity as the FIRST thing one must learn! You have GOT to have a widened reality model that incorporates thinking on these levels of reality, before you can hope to shape them. As beginning spell-work will have you ‘brushing’ these different levels of perception, only temporal lobe perceptions will have you seeing how you are shaping the respective levels, and (just as importantly) how they are effecting you!
